Every curler will be required to sign the following documents:
- Waiver Form accepting the physical and legal risks of the sport (see link below) and return it to the curling office before the start of the curling season.  For any juniors curling in a league, the parent/guardian will be required to fill out the "Assumption of Risk - Under Age of Majority" Waiver Form (see link below).
